I am back!

Wow! It's been a while since I been on this thing! I originally wanted to post my adventures running on this blog, but lack of internet and crap computer prevented that. But, having downloaded Chrome at work, I can now blog while procrastinating.

So the question is, What to blog about?

I deleted past posts, but will re-post some of them. I could use some ideas on what to right about, since I do want to write about running and fitness. So any ideas are welcomed!

    I think you should pick one day and devote that to some nutritional eating type information (like Tasty Thursdays or something). Give us the recipe, the nutritional information, etc.

    On another day, you should talk about some random race - either that you want to do, did do, or just sounds like a fun one that others might be interested in doing (like Race Day Wednesday).

    These are just some ideas to get you started.
    I have a million posts that I want to post. My only problem is finding time in this world to do so. But so glad to see you back buddy! :o)

    1. Not sure if I am the best at healthy recipes but the races sound interesting. Maybe gear and music on other days? Hmmm. I will need a camera also...
